Super Battle Golf lets you customize your character with outfits, skins, and cosmetic items. Cosmetics are purely visual — they don't affect gameplay — but they're a great way to stand out in a chaotic 8-player lobby.
Types of Cosmetics
Outfits
Full character skins that change your golfer's appearance. The most visible cosmetic type in-game.
Hats & Accessories
Headwear and accessories that can be mixed with different outfits.
Golf Club Skins
Visual variants for your golf club — same stats, different look.
Emotes
Dance animations triggered with T. The default emote is available to all players.
How to Unlock Cosmetics
Cosmetics are earned through gameplay — there are no paid cosmetic purchases.
Ranked Rewards
Climbing the ranked ladder earns exclusive cosmetics at each tier. Reach Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond to unlock tier-specific outfits and accessories that can't be obtained any other way.
Achievements
Several achievements reward cosmetic items on unlock. Check the achievements guide for which ones include cosmetic rewards.
Playtime Milestones
Logging hours in the game unlocks cosmetics at certain playtime thresholds. These unlock automatically — no special action required.
Limited-Time Events
Brimstone occasionally runs seasonal events with exclusive cosmetics. Follow the Discord server to be notified when events go live.
How to Equip Cosmetics
- From the main menu, open Customize (or your player profile).
- Select the cosmetic category: Outfit, Hat, Club Skin, or Emote.
- Browse your unlocked items and click to equip.
- Changes apply immediately to your character in all future matches.
Cosmetics FAQ
Do cosmetics affect gameplay?
No. All cosmetics in Super Battle Golf are purely visual. Outfits, hats, club skins, and emotes have no effect on movement speed, shot power, or any other gameplay stat.
Can I see other players' cosmetics in-game?
Yes. All players' equipped outfits and accessories are visible to everyone in the lobby. This makes cosmetics a fun way to express your style in a full 8-player match.
Are there paid cosmetics or a battle pass?
As of March 2026, Super Battle Golf does not have paid cosmetics or a battle pass. All cosmetics are earned through gameplay. Brimstone has not announced any plans for paid cosmetics.
How do I do the dance / emote?
Press T to trigger your equipped emote. The default emote is a dance animation. Performing the emote on the green for 3 seconds before anyone finishes the hole unlocks the Sweet Moves achievement.
